I first meet Lindsay at the June 2013 Ontario Physique Association Fitness Competition. I then found out she was a personal trainer at Free Form Fitness here in Ottawa. I am so glad that she decide to get some off season images done in the studio. I look forward to seeing her and you on stage at this years OPA show.
