Edmonton quest to remain perfect for 2017 remains in tack. Once again Ottawa stays close but costly errors allow Edmonton to keep their streak alive. Ottawa was down quickly in the first quarter 10-0 but battled back with 13 points to go into the half down 13-16. By the end of the 3rd Ottawa up by a single point 20-19 just let the lead slip away. An errant punt from Maher gave the Eskimos solid field position, and Mike Reilly hit a wide open Getzlaf in the endzone and converted himself on a 2 point convert to the Eskimos a 7 point lead.
